Brown County waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] Cougars with a sharp 66-41 win. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ali Little posted 23 points and five rebounds. That was a full 56.1% of West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs]'s points, marking the tenth time in a row Little has had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrienne Kaufmann, who scored seven points and five boards.

Brown County pushed their record up to 21-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points over those games.
