Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lewis Cass). They blew past the Clinton Central Bulldogs 14-3 on Tuesday. The Kings not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 6, 2024 (when they won 13-0).

Lewis Cass now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Clinton Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lewis Cass will face off against Southwood at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.64 runs per game on average), something the Kings will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Clinton Central, they will take on Delphi Community at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Oracles have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season.
