 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Sutton Centoni, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run. Those  three  hits gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mara Hindenburg, who  went 2-for-3 with one  home run.
 Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Lincoln's offense. They took  a  5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Champaign Central on Thursday.
 Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Dunlap, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.
 Dunlap was able to grind out a solid  win over Lincoln in their previous matchup  back in May of 2017, winning  8-4. Will the Eagles repeat their success,  or do  the Railsplitters have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
