The Wadsworth Grizzlies will take on the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Olmsted Falls took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Wadsworth, who comes in off a win.
On Thursday, Wadsworth needed a bit of extra time to put away Dalton. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bulldogs, sneaking past 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Grizzlies.

Lorene Bennett 2025 spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on seven hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Lauren Ball 2025, who went 2-for-3 with two triples and one run. Those two triples gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Maddy Hostettler 2025, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Olmsted Falls scored the most runs they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of Avon Lake by a score of 18-16. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
MOLLY SHEEHAN was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. SHEEHAN was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
In other batting news, TAYLOR VAVRO and BROOKE LARGENT did some serious damage despite the final result: VAVRO fired off two home runs and seven RBI while going 3-for-4, while LARGENT got on base in all five of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, five runs, and one triple. Those home runs were VAVRO's first of the season. HAILEY KLAMUT was another key player, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base.
Wadsworth's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Olmsted Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.
