Trent Jones and his 106 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Hamilton's victory.
Meanwhile, Sebastopol can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They breezed by Bruce at home to the tune of 42-14. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Sebastopol had established a 22 point advantage.
Sebastopol had a senior duo take command as Tyler Perkins rushed for 213 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per carry and Jake Kimble rushed for 176 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Perkins was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 63 yards.
Hamilton has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for Sebastopol, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
Hamilton came out on top in a nail-biter against Sebastopol when the teams last played back in November of 2022, sneaking past 33-30. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Sebastopol's Makarious Michaels, who rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 131 yards and two touchdowns.
