Highland fought the good fight in their extra-innings  matchup against Arlington  on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Admirals by a score of  7-6. On the bright side, the six- run  performance marked the Huskies' highest-scoring  game to date.
This is the second loss in a row for Highland and  nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Arlington, they now  have a winning record of 3-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Highland will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rhinebeck at 4:15  p.m.  on  the 21st. As for Arlington, they will challenge Ketcham at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday.
