Cheyenne-Eagle Butte will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Red Cloud at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against St. Francis Indian last Friday as they made off with a 24-0 win. Cheyenne-Eagle Butte was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, Red Cloud had enough points to win and then some against Pine Ridge last week, winning 46-26.
