Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Southern Wayne to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nevaeh Hines-Bass, who scored 24 points along with three steals. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Nygeria Thompson, who scored 14 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Southern Wayne and bumps their season record up to 2-7. As for Ayden - Grifton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
