Kimberton Waldorf has not had much luck with Mercy Career & Technical recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Kimberton Waldorf lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Franklin Matichak, who scored 19 points along with four steals. That's the first time this season that Matichak scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of JoJo Da Graca, who scored nine points along with six steals.
Taji Stewart was his usual excellent self, scoring 15 points for Mercy Career & Technical. The contest was Stewart's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Ford, who scored ten points.
Kimberton Waldorf bumped their record down to 1-9 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.5 points per game. As for Mercy Career & Technical, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
