Softball Recap: Kellis Wins Going Away Against North Canyon

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Coronado, Kellis was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the North Canyon Rattlers as Kellis made off with a 15-7 victory. Considering the Cougars have won three games by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The win got Kellis back to even at 4-4. As for North Canyon, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kellis will head out to square off against Ironwood at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Canyon, they will venture away from home to take on Canyon View at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Canyon View will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something North Canyon surely won't give up without a fight.
