The biggest upset of the week belonged to Newton, who took down 165th ranked Lenape Valley, 21-14. Ben Cramer ran for 17 yards and caught 1 pass for 60 yards during the win.
Jefferson Township was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from third to first in Northwest Jersey - Freedom. The Falcons beat Madison 32-12 earlier in the week.
Hanover Park's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Christian Bassolino threw for 209 and 3 touchdowns and Ethan Nhaisi had 80 yards receiving. On the ground Anthony Bassolino chipped in 123 yards. Cody Niedzinski helped Hanover Park's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 75 yards.

6-foot-3 quarterback Jerry Reese of Jefferson Township is the league leader in passing yards this season with 751. He has also thrown 9 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Fred Scharnikow. The Lenape Valley star has 17 catches for 441 yards.
As it stands, the Patriots are in third, while the Dodgers are in second.
The Braves moved up to 168 from 204 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Newton was able to move up by defeating Lenape Valley 21-14.
