Auburndale extended their  winning streak to five games  thanks to a huge performance from  Lanie Richardson. The Eagles came within a single  set of losing the streak, but they secured  a   3-2 W against the Neillsville Warriors thanks in part to  Richardson, who  had 11  digs. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's  played.
 It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Auburndale got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 23-25, 26-24, 27-29,  15-12.
Auburndale's victory bumped their record up to 23-12. As for Neillsville,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 10-16.
 Auburndale has already played their next contest,  a  3-1  defeat against Edgar on the 23rd. Neillsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
