Perhaps the best among them was Kara Stanger, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Dylan Sharp, who scored six points along with nine rebounds and six assists.
Lincoln County now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Thompson Falls, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lincoln County will challenge the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Ignatius knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past nine matchups -- so hopefully the Lions like a good challenge. As for Thompson Falls, they will head out on the road to square off against the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Troy has struggled recently with nine losses in a row, while the Blue Hawks will arrive with three straight wins.
