After flying high against West Perry  last Friday, Trinity came back down to earth. The Shamrocks took  a  24-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Susquehanna Township HANNA on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Shamrocks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the HANNA are ranked 42nd).
 Despite the  defeat, Trinity had strong showings from  Maddox Jarzynski, who picked up 89 receiving yards and two  scores, and  Mason Boyer, who threw for 89 yards and a pair of  TDs.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Susquehanna Township to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Torin Evans, who rushed for 83 yards and one  touchdown, and also threw for 109 yards and a pair of  TDs. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 78 yards. Susquehanna Township also got a significant boost from  Rakhi Seville, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 107 yards.

With the  loss, Trinity broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-3. As for Susquehanna Township, their victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 9-0.
 We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Trinity will  face off against  rival Middletown  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Meanwhile, Susquehanna Township is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Milton Hershey  at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday.
