The Rangeview Raiders will be playing at home against the Far Northeast W Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Rangeview's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Far Northeast W has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
Even though Highlands Ranch scored an imposing 55 points on Saturday, Rangeview still came out on top. Rangeview enjoyed a cozy 72-55 victory over Highlands Ranch. The score was all tied up 27-27 at the break, but Rangeview was the better team in the second half.
It was another big night for Kenny Black-Knox, who scored 30 points along with nine rebounds and three blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Denney, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Far Northeast W suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Saturday. They took a serious blow against George Washington, falling 94-43. Far Northeast W was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-14.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Julian Griffin-Cobbs, who scored ten points along with three steals. Jessie Matthews was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Rangeview has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season. As for Far Northeast W, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-14.
Rangeview took their victory against Far Northeast W in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 by a conclusive 77-51. Does Rangeview have another victory up their sleeve, or will Far Northeast W turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
