Basketball Recap: Bruce Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Bruce, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Lake Holcombe Chieftains 89-65 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Red Raiders: when they faced off against the Chieftains back in January, they had to take a 63-52 loss.

Bruce's win bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Lake Holcombe, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-11.

Bruce wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 75-61 victory against Cornell on the 10th. As for Lake Holcombe, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 92-83 loss against Boyceville on the 10th.
