East Central took the match and then some with a 51-6 win on Friday over Stilwell. The success made it back-to-back wins for East Central.
East Central's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 34 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Stilwell couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 34-0 heading into the break. The East Central defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the contest. The game brought them to 2-0 and dropped Stilwell to a mirror-image 0-2.
East Central will stay at home next week against Sapulpa at 7:00 PM. Stilwell will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Fort Gibson in two weeks at 7:00 PM.
