Fordham Prep put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Saturday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 72-41 win over Cardinal Spellman. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Fordham Prep has posted since December 15, 2023.
It was another big night for Ryan Jackson, who scored 20 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Kapfer, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, All Hallows' five-game losing streak came to an end back in December of 2023. They walked away with a 63-54 victory over St. Edmund Prep. The win was just what All Hallows needed coming off of a 66-46 loss in their prior contest.
Fordham Prep's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. As for All Hallows, their victory bumped their record up to 1-4.
Everything came up roses for Fordham Prep against All Hallows in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 76-48 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fordham Prep since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
