After two games on the road, Parkway is heading back home. They will take on the Captain Shreve Gators at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.

  Chloe Larry stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Haley Thornton, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base and two  RBI.
 Captain Shreve proved they can win big  on Saturday (they won by eight) but  on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-1  win over Glenbrook.
 Parkway's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Captain Shreve, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
 Parkway took their  win against Captain Shreve  in their previous matchup  back in March of 2023 by a conclusive  14-4. Will Parkway repeat their success,  or does  Captain Shreve have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
