Pierce County won the last time they faced Crisp County and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bears came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

While Pierce County won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21.

Pierce County's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Crisp County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coincidentally, Pierce County and Crisp County will both be playing Mary Persons the next time they take the court. The Bears will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Cougars will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
