Florala has gone 8-2 against Laurel Hill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. The Florala Wildcats will take on the Laurel Hill Hoboes at 6:00  p.m. Florala will be strutting in after a  win while Laurel Hill will be coming in after a  defeat.
It was a proper cat-fight when  Florala duked it out with Paxton on Friday. Everything went Florala's way against Paxton as Florala made off with  a  17-2 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Wildcats' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.
 Easton Walsh made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Florala is undefeated when  Walsh allowsone or  fewer  hits, but 2-3 otherwise. Walsh was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-4.

 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Noah Bryan, who  got on base  in all five of his plate appearances with four  runs and four  RBI. Those  four  RBI gave  him a new career-high.  Elijah McMeans also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen bases of the season.
 Florala  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .585. They are  a perfect 5-0 when  they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Laurel Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They fell  10-5 to Paxton.
  Weston Graves made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs while going 3-for-4.  Gage Kypfer was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with one  RBI.
 With the  win, Florala broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-3. As for Laurel Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1.
Tuesday's   match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Florala hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .344. However, it's not like Laurel Hill struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .333. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Florala took their  victory against Laurel Hill  in their previous matchup  back in February by a conclusive  19-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Florala since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
