 On Grace Christian Academy's side,  Angelina Larsen was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while going 4-for-5. Another player making a difference was  Natalie Dalton, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
 Even though they lost, Grace Christian Academy  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with nine  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Anne only tossed five.
 St. Anne's victory bumped their record up to 2-20. As for Grace Christian Academy, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost six of their last seven games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record  this season.
 St. Anne will  take on Dwight at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Dwight is coming into the  contest with three straight  defeats at home,  meaning St. Anne will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  win. As for Grace Christian Academy, they will square off against Gardner-South Wilmington at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Gardner-South Wilmington will roll in looking for their  eighth straight  victory, something Grace Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
