Creekview has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the Sequoyah Chiefs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Rome scored an imposing 55 points on Friday, Creekview still came out on top. Creekview took their matchup against the Wolves 64-55.
Meanwhile, Sequoyah waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins but they left with four. They managed a 42-37 win over Etowah. That's two games straight that Sequoyah has won by exactly five points.
Creekview's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-10. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Sequoyah, their victory bumped their record up to 17-7.
Creekview came up short against the Chiefs when the teams last played back in January, falling 40-27. Can Creekview avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
