Wakefield School put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 68-38 victory over the Trinity at Meadow View Tempest. The Fighting Owls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 29 points or more this season.

Wakefield School's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Trinity at Meadow View, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wakefield School will be home for the holidays to greet Ad Fontes Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity at Meadow View, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Covenant Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
