Sinclair Richman was her usual excellent self, going 6 for 7 from beyond the arc on her way to 32 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailey Wortmann, who went 5 for 11 on her way to 12 points in addition to five assists and five boards.

Meanwhile, Rolesville didn't have quite enough to beat Cannon on Monday and fell 62-60. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 58th, while the Cougars are ranked tenth).
Midtown will need focus on slowing down Camryn Lee, one of several Rolesville players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 18 points. The dominant performance gave Lee a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayla Bush, who had 16 points.
Midtown's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 48.1 points. As for Rolesville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Midtown and Rolesville are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Midtown hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 71.9 points per game. However, it's not like Rolesville struggles in that department as they've been averaging 69.1 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
