Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Beacon Hill walked away with it. They strolled past the Gryphons with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 52-35.
Meanwhile, even though Ambassador scored an imposing 63 points on Wednesday, Big Bear still came out on top. Big Bear took their match against Ambassador 76-63.
Big Bear's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Aiden Brewer, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 14 rebounds, and Ryder Dolan, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 18 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dolan has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Levi Rufner, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Beacon Hill is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-14 record this season. As for Big Bear, their win bumped their record up to 21-5.
