The Paetow Panthers fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They skirted past Katy Taylor 13-10. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Paetow also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.
Paetow's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Katy Taylor, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
Paetow will head out on the road to face off against Tompkins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Tompkins knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matchups -- so hopefully Paetow likes a good challenge. As for Katy Taylor, they will be playing at home against Katy at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Katy will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
