St. Francis will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Damien at 4:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
St. Francis had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Mira Costa 28-25.
Meanwhile, Damien were fully in charge last Thursday, breezing past Claremont 44-0.
