Baseball Recap: Red Level Takes a Loss

The Red Level Tigers came up short against the Andalusia Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 12-1. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Red Level saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wyatt Simmons, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Red Level's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Andalusia, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7-1 record this season.

Red Level will take on Brantley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Andalusia, they will face off against Ariton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Purple Cats will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
