Ranburne is a perfect 7-0 against Vincent since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Yellow Jackets at 4:30 p.m. Ranburne will be strutting in after a victory while Vincent will be coming in after a loss.
Ranburne took a six-run defeat the last time they faced off against Randolph County, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Tigers 10-8. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.
Addison Gibbs spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and six unearned) runs on seven hits.

Thursday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Ranburne hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .321. However, it's not like Vincent struggles in that department as they've averaged .434. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Ranburne beat Vincent 9-4 in their previous meeting back in March. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Yellow Jackets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
