Sequoyah came out on top against Bethel on Friday thanks in part to Hudson Hendricks's efforts. Hendricks rushed for ten yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 89 yards and one TD while completing 71.4% of his passes. The performance marked the most passing yards he has had since back in November of 2024.

Hendricks and Sequoyah will head out to face off against Jones at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hendricks will face off against Acyn Hansen, the Longhorns' star signal caller.
