While Boca Ciega might've come up empty on Thursday, Haydin Short wasn't going down without a fight. Short wasn't messing around, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. The contest was also his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Short and Boca Ciega will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gibbs at 7:00 p.m. on March 25th.
