Frewsburg is a perfect 10-0 against Westfield since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bears will face off against the Wolverines at 5:00 p.m. One thing working in Frewsburg's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last eight games.
Frewsburg's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Cassadaga Valley with a sharp 13-0 victory. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by ten runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Maddox Sheesley, who went 3-for-4 with seven RBI, two stolen bases, and three runs. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Haglund, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases and three runs.
Frewsburg always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in eight consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Westfield was not the first on the board on Tuesday, but they got there more often. They came out on top against Chautauqua Lake by a score of 12-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.
Logan Baum was incredible, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those runs marked the first that he has scored this season. Trent Ramm was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Frewsburg pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Westfield, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Westfield's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Frewsburg hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .363. It's a different story for Westfield, though, as they've only averaged .258. Will they be able to contain Frewsburg's hitters?
Everything went Frewsburg's way against Westfield in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Frewsburg made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bears since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
