Rolla will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against West Plains at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Rolla, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Rolla had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They snuck past Glendale with a 31-26 win.
Meanwhile, West Plains was the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Hillcrest 42-0. The margin was wide but not a surprise since West Plains are ranked far ahead of Hillcrest in the MaxPreps rankings.
