De Pere couldn't beat Stevens Point on Monday even though they stacked five runs on them in the second inning. The Redbirds lost 16-6 to the Panthers.
Julianne Bradford made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with four RBI and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Robinett, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
The victory got Manitowoc Lincoln back to even at 4-4. As for De Pere, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
De Pere's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Manitowoc Lincoln has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .449. It's a different story for De Pere, though, as they've only averaged .359. Will they be able to contain Manitowoc Lincoln's hitters?
