In other batting news, Miles got a massive performance out of BRYLEE HOLIK, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, a triple, and a double. Another player making a difference was KEELER PULLIG, who scored a run while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances.
Even though they lost, Miles hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Winters struck out 13 times.
Miles' loss dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Winters, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7.
