Principia couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-41 punch to the gut against Priory on Saturday. Principia were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-34.
The loss started Principia out at 0-1 for the season. The win bumped Priory's record up to 2-0.
Principia are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Crystal City next week at 7:00 PM. Priory will look to defend their home turf next week against Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law.
