Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Green). They put the hurt on the Boardman Spartans with a sharp 63-39 win on Friday. The Bulldogs have beaten the Spartans the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Spartans has come to flipping the script.

Green pushed their record up to 6-15 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points over those games. As for Boardman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.

Green has already played their next contest, a 58-42 win against Stow-Munroe Falls on the 22nd. As for Boardman, they will face off against Avon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
