With a playoff game on the line, Althoff Catholic rose to the challenge on Saturday. They breezed by LeRoy at home to the tune of 56-20. The result was nothing new for Althoff Catholic, who have now won eight contests by 23 points or more so far this season.

One of the most notable came from Dierre Hill jr, who rushed for 177 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries. Drew Paben and Elijah Genenbacher were among the main playmakers for Camp Point Central as the former rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries and the latter rushed for 225 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. Genenbacher was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 62 yards.
Althoff Catholic has yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 10-1 record. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points per game. As for Camp Point Central, their victory bumped their record up to 11-0.
