Video: Top 10 Games of the WeekPomona (Arvada, Colo.) at Columbine (Littleton, Colo.)
Friday, 7:30 p.m. Mountain timeWhy it's big: Undefeated Columbine will attempt to break a four-game losing streak against Pomona and give itself some breathing room atop the JeffCo League standings when it hosts the Panthers Friday night.
The Rebels are 6-0 for the first time since 2011, which also is the last time they finished the year with a 5A state championship.
Pomona (4-2) has only a one-point loss to state No. 1 Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village) and an overtime defeat to state-ranked Mullen (Denver) on its resume.
Names to watch: Suffice to say, junior
Mikey Griebel has been vital to Columbine's offense this season. The 5-foot-9, 180-pounder leads the team in rushing yards, receiving yards and touchdowns.
Pomona's offense has grinded out more than 600 rushing yards in the last three games. A key component of that attack is junior offensive tackle
Jake Moretti. The four-star recruit is an Ohio State commit.
