After flying high against the Carver Tigers last Monday, the Hardaway Hawks came back down to earth. Hardaway suffered a tough 9-0 loss at the hands of Troup County on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty ten goals in the game before, Hardaway couldn't push the score so high this time.
Hardaway's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hardaway will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Calvary Christian at 7:30 p.m. on February 20th. As for Troup County, they will head out on the road to challenge Shaw at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
