West Seattle's win on Wednesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Carmen Cruz, who scored 14 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Colby Timmons, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Seattle Prep has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season. As for West Seattle, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
Seattle Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. West Seattle will be playing at home against the Seahawks at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Chief Sealth will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 301st, while the are ranked 88th).
