Soccer Recap: Community School of Naples Takes a Loss

Community School of Naples lost against Oasis back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Community School of Naples Seahawks came up short against the Oasis Sharks, falling 7-1. While losing is never fun, the Seahawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 387th, while the Sharks are ranked 183rd).

Community School of Naples' defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-3. As for Oasis, their win bumped their record up to 6-4-1.

Community School of Naples will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Marco Island Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Oasis will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Cypress Lake at 2:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
