Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ka'u). They claimed a resounding 70-17 win over the Kealakehe Waveriders. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Trojans considering their nine-point performance the game before.

Ka'u's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Kealakehe, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ka'u and Kohala will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kealakehe, they will venture away from home to take on Hilo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kealakehe is facing Hilo at the right time seeing as Hilo is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
