Vista del Lago put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Adelanto Saints as the Vista del Lago Ravens made off with  a  42-20 win. With the Ravens ahead  35-14 at the half, the  game was all but over already.
 Vista del Lago's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Josiah Dupree Boyd, who threw for 250 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.  Fabian Bolanos was  Dupree Boyd's top target, picking up 116 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
 Vista del Lago's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. It was truly a group effort as  Willie Johnson,  Marshawn Adams, and  Romeo Baldwin picked up one apiece. Another thorn in Adelanto's side was  Jose Ortiz, who picked up  two  sacks, forced two fumbles, and made five total tackles.
 Vista del Lago pushed their record up to 3-0 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home. As for Adelanto,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Vista del Lago will head out to  take on Moreno Valley  at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Both  might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 846 yards in their previous games. As for Adelanto, they will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Hemet at 7:00  p.m.  on September 19th. Hemet will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Adelanto surely won't give up without a fight.
