Lincoln Southwest waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Millard North Mustangs. Considering Lincoln Southwest have won 11 games by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Millard North with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Tea Tweten, Kianna Perez, Mallory Arehart, and Ansley Throener.

Lincoln Southwest pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those six matches. As for Millard North, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Lincoln Southwest wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-2 victory against Papillion-LaVista on the 12th. Millard North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
