Bishop Amat will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Paramount in at Bishop Amat High at 3:15 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Bishop Amat had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 14-47 walloping at Mater Dei hands.
Paramount also just played their first game, also were on the road, and also didn't get the result they wanted. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 8-40 walloping at Mission Hills hands.
