The team also got some help courtesy of  Davis Collie, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  stolen base and one  RBI.
Sycamore now  has a losing record of 2-3. As for Yorkville,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-3-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sycamore will challenge Boylan Catholic at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Yorkville, they will take on Niles Notre Dame at 10:30  a.m.  on Saturday.
