Jackson is 4-0 against Seckman since March of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Jackson Fighting Indians will head out on the road to face off against the Seckman Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Jackson is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Missouri (they are ranked 58th, while Seckman is ranked 252nd).
After a string of six wins, Jackson's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They received a tough blow as they fell 64-48 to New Madrid County Central. Jackson has not had much luck with New Madrid County Central recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Meanwhile, Seckman came up short against Pattonville two weeks ago and fell 59-49.
Jackson's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7. As for Seckman, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.
Everything went Jackson's way against Seckman in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as Jackson made off with a 72-49 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jackson since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
