Volleyball Recap: Enochs Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Enochs had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Riverbank Bruins on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Eagles not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 8, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Enochs never let Riverbank on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 26-24.

Kylie Obispo paced Enochs' offense, picking up 12 kills. Obispo got some help from Lauren Ramos and her 18 assists. Abigail Baptista controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Enochs' victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Riverbank, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Enochs didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Atwater on the 11th. Riverbank has also already played their next match (against Aspire Langston Hughes Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
